今天兴起,便想自己动手包饺子。但因为今天我吃素,所以做的是素饺。这里与大家分享皮的做法。
饺子一定要配姜丝乌醋才美味。
这个让我想起小时候玩的five stones, 哈哈
食谱 (原之《包饺子真简单》
饺子皮材料:
中筋面粉250克,滚水110cc, 冷水40cc
做法:
1。面粉放入盆内,冲入滚水,用筷子以同一个方向搅拌。
2。加入冷水,继续搅拌,让粉和水混合。
3。用手搓揉面团至不粘手。
4。把面团放在桌面用力搓至表面光滑。盖上保鲜膜,静放20分钟。
5。把面团分割成小块,擀成中间厚,旁边薄的圆形状。
6。饺子皮放入内陷包成饺子,大火蒸8-10分钟即可。
素内陷材料:
素肉,上海青菜,香菇,红萝卜粒 (份量依个人喜欢加减)
把所有材料混合一起,加入调味拌均。
调味:蚝油,麻油,胡椒粉
