做了这么多面包， 就来做咖椰来配搭！ 咖椰， 我独爱这种褐色的， 青色的不合我味口！ 哈哈！

端午节又要来临了，真快！看到家家户户都在包粽子了，我家也不例外。这是我帮妈妈包的碱水粽。 吃碱水粽，我一定要配咖椰的，对我来说，那是绝配哦！所以那天就自制咖椰了！

南瓜饼

那天偶然间看到这个食谱，而家里刚好剩下南瓜，就决定利用剩下的南瓜来做这个小吃。这个食谱很简易，很容易做。味道方面，我觉得吃不出有南瓜味，只是淡淡的微甜，但是芝麻在齿颊留香，所以对我这个较喜欢清淡口味的人来说还蛮喜欢的！

从农历新年到现在，已有几个月没更新部落了。 真的是很懒，过年期间不断在做新年糕饼，过了年就休息了一段时间，也让我的烘炉放假。平时把它给累坏了，所以就让它充充电，哈哈。。

其实已让烘炉工作许久了，只是我很懒的把照片贴上，唉。。。 懒惰是会成性的，所以不行了，今天就开工了！

红鸡蛋？？ 是面龟！

这些看起来像红鸡蛋的，其实是今天做的面龟。哈哈。。。 我做的小小的，所以乍看之下还以为是红鸡蛋呢！

‘福’包

这包子的馅不象一般包子， 这是我很久以前吃过的一种属于潮州人的传统包子。那天和妈妈提起，就盟起想试试做看。问了妈妈馅儿的味道，就自己大概大概做出来。也不知对不对，只要味道还吃的下就还好吧，哈哈。。。我在包子蒸好后印了几个‘福’字，就顺利成章的称它为‘福’包啰。。。

芒果优格螺旋小面包 素五香 艾草粿

最近爱上做螺旋形状的面包，觉得很可爱。这次用了芒果口味的酸乳饮来做面包，还有淡淡的芒果味。。。

这素五香是我一直很想试作但都迟迟未动工的。 那天决定不再拖了，就买了芋头来做。味道还可以，只是嫌粉放得不够，太软了

再做艾草粿，这次不拿去搅烂，而是剁碎，反而觉得味道不够重。我还是觉得搅烂的比较好吃。

World Cup Fever II

I have not been updating my blog due to the world cup fever. For the past 2 weeks, I have ben naping in the afternoon so that I will be able to stay up for the 10pm game and then go to bed, wake up at 2.30am to catch the next game. It has been a routine for me and I have zilch energy left for blogging.

Watching football has its ups and downs, highs and lows. I was left heart broken when my beloved Italy did not even got into round 2. Then there was my 2nd team- England, which has performed below par for this World Cup. I was not shocked at the exit of the England team but certainly find the scoreline of 4-1 loss to Germany unacceptable. Much criticisms have been aimed at the egregrious mistake made by the referee, which has drawn the ire of many. I, too, was irked. While no one would know for sure what the final result for that game would be had the goal been allowed, I am quite sure that England would never lift the cup this year, judging by their performances. They are just dismal and pathetic.

Ok, so much for the world cup. The world cup is taking a respite for a day and that means, I have the time to post whatever I had wanted to for the past few days. Let me recall what I have been doing in my kitchen for these few days. Bread, as usual, some more kaya, this time using gula melaka and swiss roll!( to be continued...)

Getting lax....

Have not been posting anything for a long long time. I guess it really takes determinaton and passion to update posts regularly. Perhaps I am someone who doesn't really know how to pen my thoughts and taking the time to browse other bloggers' blog seem much simpler to me. I do admire those very well-kept and updated blogs. One thing I can never achieve is taking nice pics to post. I am just no good in taking nice pics. Which angle to take, what to place as background, lighting or not... sigh... I just don't have what it takes to be a good photographer... that is one reason why I don't really update my blog...
