糖醋鱼片

我喜欢酸酸甜甜的菜肴,糖醋鱼是我爱吃的菜肴之一。但是外面饭档卖的,每每只能吃到那很厚的粉浆,都吃不到鱼肉的,所以还是自己做的好, 可以吃到整块的鱼肉。
食谱(取自丽霞
(我做了些更改)

材料:
鱼肉500克(切片)
1大匙粟粉
5杯炸油
50g黄梨,切粒(我以黄瓜取代)
1粒洋葱,切粒
1粒番茄,去籽,切粒 (我没放)
1条红辣椒,切粒
1条青辣椒,切粒 (我没放)

汁料:
5大匙番茄酱
3大匙辣椒酱
2大匙酸梅酱
2大匙酸柑汁
1大匙糖
少许盐
200ml水
*1大匙粟粉水打芡用

做法:
1。将鱼肉切片后沾上粟粉,放进热油中炸至金黄色或至香脆,捞起沥干油份,上碟。

2。烧热1大匙油,将其余全部材料加入炒匀,下汁料煮滚,打芡,淋在鱼片即可

    还是自家弄的比较好料,这个酸酸甜甜很下饭咯!
